Eddie Uttendorfer

Eddie holds a bachelor’s degree in music composition and has been playing guitar and piano for close to 20 years. During his time at UW-FDL and UW-Oshkosh, Eddie received numerous awards, such as: Outstanding Music Achievement in Instrumental Music, Outstanding Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Award, and first place in the Wisconsin Alliance for Composers 2018 Student Composition Contest. Eddie has also performed with many different ensembles, including: Early Music Ensemble (viola da gamba,) Choir (bass,) an experimental music ensemble (guitar,) and various rock bands (guitar/keyboard.).

Eddie has been teaching privately since 2010. During this time, he has had experience in teaching various ages from 4-68. Eddie is able to teach beginner to advanced levels in guitar (electric, acoustic, 12-string, and classical) and beginner to intermediate levels in piano, bass, ukulele, and composition. Eddie is a patient and easy-going individual who loves to watch people grow into musicians.
